Mushroom - 1 packet (200gm)
Onion - 2
Tomato - 1
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Kasuri Methi - few
Oil - 1 1/2 tsp
Coconut - 1/4 cup
Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
Cashew - 5 to 6
Cloves - 2
Cinnamon - a small piece
Wash and cut the mushrooms.
Chop the onions and tomato.
Heat oil in a Kadai add the cloves and the cinnamon.
Then add tomatoes and fry until mushy.
Now add your turmeric, chilli and coriander powder and give a toss.
Grind coconut, fennel seeds and cashew into a fine paste.
Then add the grinded masala and a cup of water and salt.
Mushroom Gravy is ready to enjoy!!!
This tastes best with chapati, dosa, poori,,,, and so on.
Clean the mushrooms properly before use.
This is medium hot, add some more chilli powder if you want a hot version.
